Good location

Location is in the center, parking is so near to the building, delicious breakfast, cleanliness, comfy room

Sink in the bath room didn’t work well, we can’t adjust the wind’s speed of air con, the room looks pretty old and the hanger in the bathroom is too tiny it can’t hang any towels.

Very nice , good location, and would stay again!

good breakfast, beds were soft and comfortable, and very clean room, tv was good but no english channels but that was ok , im in Thailand! but i would stay again!

The breakfast was really good.

The breakfast was really good. I booked here for 8 nights and decided to extend 1 more night. The staff cleaned our room everyday and also filled up amenities. Everything is good more than I expected.

nothing, because the advertising shown clients 300 meters...

nothing, because the advertising shown clients 300 meters from the beach. But the truthful is a few km from the beach. The present for my parent was not satisfied.

Cleanliness is not pretty good, first day my parent have been there, the room had a few of cotton brushes nearly the bed. The light in bathroom is not working. The hotel should not show on Booking System 300m from the beach, it’s not real.

The pictures posted are most likely of one room that was made specially to show. I payed for what they call an executive suite... we payed for 2 days.. left 4 hours later and let them keep the money. The bathroom was also extremely dirty.

Breakfast was tatsty.

Book for 4 rooms , 2 room had to move out bscause 1st smell very bad ,2nd air condition had raining. My room booked for Suite but the mattress very hard couldn’t sleep well. We will not recommend anyone book there.

The staff is so so! The room is OK Recomend: please kindly recheck the condition of late check-out. Because I got confirmation from Booking. Com but the hotel not approved the late check-out without extra charge. So, you have to recheck with the hotel before you send the confirmation. THANK U

The front staff cannot find my booking, even I informed information number & forwarded confirmation email to her. It took for 15-25 min until the Manager came and found it.

Only clean towels I like.

Old, no convenient facilities, no any services (only bottle of water, refrigerator, no kettle) , can hear traffic noise, door very tight for open & close with loud noise, have fruit fly come inside room dont know from where?, toilet has no enough hanger, water in sink draining slow.

Poor prime time hotel

Breakfast ok Room ok concidering lack of kettle.

No kettle in room.only got kettle in higher room. No bell boys or trolleys to move baggage. Wi-fi poor.connect to it and within seconds gone off No pool. Reception little room.very poor. Told when asked how it was a 4 *** place was told at reception for Thai peeople only. Unless Thai would not recommend staying there. I will never stay there again and will be making a complaint to Booking.com when i go back to Uk. I have stayed in 3*** hotels with everything included. Dont waste your money staying there. Very poor hotel.

Recommend to fix up services

Hotel condition looks ok but not much new as pics show in web

Stay 2 nights but room is not be cleaned , no changing towel , no adding soap, breakfast taste in the first day stay ok but in 2nd day is very poor
